We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. A Step Forward is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product
